There are still wars, chaos, pain, sickness, misery, and uncertainty. Despite conquering other planets, we still fail to conquer ourselves. Purpose, togetherness, and calmness remain out of reach.

Now imagine the opposite. The utopia never arrives. We remain here, in the dirt — with even more uncertainty, even more isolation. A world where everyone continues to be an island, despite what John Donne once wrote.

2. The founding moment

Jobcalm began on 29 March 2026, around 15:10 local Bulgarian time, in Sofia, Bulgaria, after an orthodox church prayer, with the aim to help humanity avoid the negative aspects of both futures.

3. The core belief

At the core of Jobcalm lies a simple realization: that there is success, purpose, career satisfaction, and calmness for everyone.

Jobcalm is built on a simple belief: Work should not destroy people. Work should not drain people. Work should not be chaos. Jobcalm exists to bring calmness, clarity, and humanity back into the hiring process.

Not by promising "work-life balance." Not by trusting companies to self-report their culture. Not by listing jobs and hoping for the best. But by building a system that enables togetherness, understands people deeply, routes them intelligently, and rewards those who help others find their place.

Jobcalm is a post-AI referral ecosystem where: people could participate, share, and refer others; the system filters; companies receive quality; and everyone earns.
